The furniture grade wood cabinet, both beautiful and the ideal for proper acoustic replication. This is signature to Tivoli Audio sound. The analog controls and balanced layout of the front panel offers a simplistic user experience. Available in various finishes.

Natural replication of sound. This single mono speaker delivers the true art form of analog audio. A heavy-magnet long-throw driver is mated to a frequency contouring circuit that automatically adjusts output over half-octave increments, resulting in musically accurate tonal balance and bass response.

Simple hands-on controls deliver exactly what you want. One knob for power and source, one knob for volume, and one 5:1 ratio tuning dial to help you bring in even the weakest stations.

Hissing/Humming Sound, Drifting off a Station, Interference:

If you are experiencing a hissing or humming noise, your radio drifts off of a station while listening, or you are hearing a lot of interference, try exercising the tuning dial. To do this, please follow the instructions below:
1. Turn the radio ON to the FM position.
2. Turn the volume down
3. Slowly turn the tuning dial from one end of the frequency range to the other (from 88.0 to 108.0 FM frequencies) and back again, making sure you sweep all the stations in between. Repeat the process for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Tune in a station and see if it is working better

Excessive Bass:

If you are experiencing too much bass, try repositioning the radio further away from walls or corners. You can also try placing a small amount of sound-absorptive material such as tissue paper or cotton balls into the bass port in the bottom of the unit.

Poor AM Reception:

If you are experiencing poor reception, you can purchase our AM External Antenna or a TERK AM Advantage Antenna.

You can also try changing the position of your radio or moving it to a different room to see if the reception improves.

Grease (clear substance) leaking out of the tuning dial:

This liquid grease helps the tuner move fluidly when changing stations. It is normal for grease to come out of the tuner periodically. This usually happens to older radios. Please be aware that this is not hazardous to one’s health nor will it cause any damage to the radio.

Loose Connector port for Power Cord:

If your connection to your power cord has become loose, you can also purchase the 1500 MA power supply and use it in the 12VDC port.

Bluetooth Not Connecting:

If you are seeing your Model One BT appear on your Bluetooth list but are having trouble connecting, try forgetting your Model One BT in the Bluetooth menu of your device and then re-pairing them. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance*.

*Confirm that your smart device is running the latest firmware version

I am attempting to turning up the volume on my device and it is maxed. How can I make the audio louder as it seems low?

The audio’s volume through Bluetooth is controlled by the device output as well as the speaker’s volume output. We recommend placing your Bluetooth device at 80% output and adjusting the volume knob on the radio to reach your preferred overall volume.

    Just what we wanted

    We were looking for a compact and somewhat elegant radio with Bluetooth capability for our kitchen. This unit fit the bill perfectly. We are close to large broadcasting towers and the radio signals commonly have interference. The receiver on this radio picks up stations clearly. I’m impressed..

    Exactly perfect.

    Love, love, love my new model one bt. Super high quality build, and clean classic lines are the perfect complement to my home. Bought it for the kitchen, and absolutely fills the room with sound. Bluetooth connects effortlessly every time, and sounds amazing, especially for such a compact device.

    Also can’t say enough good things about Tivoli customer service. I had a delivery issue, that was entirely my fault, that I was unable to resolve this fedex. I reached out to tivoli not thinking they’d be able to do much, and they had my issue resolved in a couple short hours. Solid company and product, highly recommend.

    Amendment

    An amendment to my earlier review…

    The Model One BT does actually tune well. Just took me some time to get the “feel” of tuning. Once I figured that out, it does get good AM-FM reception. Operator error. As with my earlier review, just a beautiful radio to not only listen to, but to look at!

    A beautiful radio to look at. Classic looks and warm wood. Great sounding too. A classic! Not the greatest AM & FM reception though. I use it primarily with Bluetooth. I enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoy listening to it.

    Awesome

    I saw this radio in a friend's house almost two years ago and have been thinking about it ever since. Finally got one myself as a treat after a big achievement. I absolutely love it. The design is beautiful, the controls are easy and have a high-quality feel, and the sound while listening to radio or bluetooth is excellent. I now have NPR on all day.
